1. Monta el ISO -> si el instalador no abre, ejecuta el Setup.exe a mano
   Espera a que todo se instale, NO desmontes el ISO aun.

2. Copia "eacsnd.dll" de la carpeta "Need3" del ISO a la carpeta del juego
   (si no lo ves, activa la opcion de ver archivos ocultos)

3. Abre el juego, y anda **AL TOKE** a configurar tu nick, auto etc.


   Listo, ahora el juego te correrá perfecto.



** OPCIONAL: SI ERES TEAM Voodoo Banshee/Voodoo 3/Voodoo 5

   1. Ejecuta el "3D Device Setup" en Inicio > Programas > NFS3
   2. Instala el "Voodoo3 Patch" que viene en el mismo ISO del juego
   3. Abre Regedit y anda a 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed'
      Crea un nuevo valor tipo string con nobre "driver" y le pones como valor "voodoo2"
   4. Abre el juego, y pones Triple Buffering en 1
   5. ??
   6. PROFIT!

his is what I have done to get the lights straigt:

I re-install the game once again...

then Start-programs/electronic arts/Need for speed III/ 3d device setup, and SET the 3d device..

then I installed the "Voodoo3 Patch" the one that comes with the CD-game... *I just did read the intructions"

then I went to "

'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed'

and I added in Thrash driver I typed " voodoo2 " as i was told by you, then I set Triple buffer to 1 and DONE!!

Now you are able TO Play your NFSIII with the maximun graphics! SMOOTH and flawlessly!! just amazing!! 3DFX rules!!!....

or another thing I realized, You will have several resolution options, normally I wasn't able to raise it more than 640x480... now more than 1024x768.
